UNITED STATES ORDERS

Our policy lasts 90 days from recieving your items. You may return your purchase for a full refund any time within 90 days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email hello@experiencezound.com to request a return.

We reserve the right to adjust this policy at any time without notice.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping is currently unavailable to PO boxes for international orders. Any shipment attempt to a PO box will void the 90 day return policy outlined below.

Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Refunds will not be provided for any orders not delivered due to taxes and duties not being paid.
